Club Memberships ($30/player) are charged at your first game and are to be paid before your second game.
Club Membership is only paid once per season, regardless of the number of competitions you play.

Card Processing Fees
$0.33 per transaction + 1.65% (Visa/Mastercard) or 1.74% (American Express)
Additional 1.10% will apply to international credit cards
