Time: 9am – 4pm
Ages: 15+
Teams: 3–6 players
Game Format: First to 21 points or 15 minutes, whichever comes first

Minimum Games:

• 12 teams → minimum 5 games

• 16 teams → minimum 7 games

3v3 Rules (Tournament Version)

• 1s and 2s scoring

• Make-it-take-it

• Clear the arc after defensive rebounds or steals

• Check-ball at the top to restart play

• Subs only on dead balls

• 12-second shot clock (or referee verbal count)

• Continuous play emphasised for pace and flow

Bonus Event:

• 3-Point Shootout before the finals — one player per team (special prize announced on the day)

Surface: Outdoor hardcourt
Ball: Official 3x3 size 6 (provided)
Footwear: Standard basketball shoes recommended

Futsal Rules (Tournament Version)

• Standard futsal rules apply with the following notes:

  • 5 players on court (including a goalkeeper)

  • Kick-ins instead of throw-ins (4 seconds to restart)

  • No slide tackles

  • Goalkeeper restricted to 4 seconds in possession

  • Keeper cannot receive a backpass unless the ball has been touched by an opponent

  • Unlimited subs (rolling at halfway)

  • Accumulated fouls apply (direct free-kick from the 6th foul)

  • Referee interpretation prioritises safety and continuous play

Surface & Footwear

• Surface: Outdoor synthetic turf

• Footwear: Futsal/indoor boots, turf boots, or runners (no studs)

Arrival:
Teams must check in 20 minutes before their first game.

Format:
Round-robin games followed by knockout finals.

Weather Policy:
The event runs rain or shine unless conditions become unsafe. Any schedule changes will be communicated on the day.

Refund Policy:
No refunds for withdrawing.

Prize Presentation:
Medals and prizes are presented immediately after the finals.
